AI Institute (in preparation)

In the upcoming new year, The Academy plans to build a new CORE Scientific Center for Artificial Intelligence to meet the challenges and opportunities for science and technology in this rapidly evolving field. The Center will unite scholars interested in AI further to support interdisciplinary study and both theoretical and practical research. (Relevant research areas include “AI Governance and Security” “Applications of AI Technologies”, “AI and Digital Humanities”, “AI for Sciences”, and both traditional and emerging fields of engineering, mathematics and information sciences related to AI research. The Center will serve as an international hub where researchers and practitioners advance AI for the future of scientific research. It aims to facilitate a seamless integration of science and AI, driving innovative collaboration with industries, governments, and academia.
