Fields of Scholarship and Research Interests
She teaches paediatrics, medical psychology and ethics, as well as neuropsychology and developmental psychology at the Medical, Dental Faculties, as well as faculty for Psychology and defectology, and IBU. Her interest in psychological medicine and Psychosomatics motivates her to upgrade and improve in this particular area realizing stays in appropriate institutions in Vienna, Sofia, Zagreb, Belgrade, Tokyo, Imperial College London as well as in the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois (CHUV), Lausanne, mainly at the departments for development and mental health problems among young people.

Working and publishing scientific and research papers in the field of mental health and psychophysiology she has become internationally recognizable name which is indicated by her selection as a regular member of the International College of Psychosomatic Medicine (1994), European Association for Research in Adolescence (1996), Swiss Society for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (1996), International Organization of Psychophysiology (1997), International Society for Neuronal Regulation (2002), Society for Applied Neuroscience (2004), Society for Self-regulation and Biofeedback (2005).

Selected Publications
Acad. Pop-Jordanova has published over 500 scientific papers in international scientific journals. She wrote 23 books in the Macedonian language and over 10 chapters in English books. The scientific activity of Acad. Pop-Jordanova consists in the realization of 17 international and 20 domestic projects.
